Ex-Pat Buy to Let

If you are living overseas and want to purchase or re-mortgage an investment property in the UK then Ex-Pat Buy to Let could be the right product for you.
Many lenders do not offer mortgages to Ex-Pats as it is often difficult to conduct a credit search and earned income is likely to be paid in local currency rather than pound sterling. However, there are a number of banks and building societies that do specialise in this market.

The affordability of the mortgage is primarily based on the rental income the property will generate and the purchase can be made in personal names or with some lenders within a Limited Company structure.
