Development Finance

Development Finance is used to fund the construction of new build property or the conversion of an existing building. This may include residential houses, shops, offices or industrial buildings. Finance can be taken to purchase the land itself (usually subject to planning permission) and then the build process can be funded in staged payments. The advantage of staged payments is that you are only paying for the funds that you require at the time.

Upon completion of the project, you may choose to sell or alternatively some developers prefer to keep the new property as a long-term investment. If this is the case, we can advise you on the most suitable products to exit the development finance.
